The architectural study will allow our team of experts to examine all possibilities for your planned area. This will result is an optimal design concept, which is achieved by coordination between investor and our design team. Prior to starting the process site survey, topography and the utility networks drawing are required.

This is a project that consists of compiled documentation needed for obtaining a zoning permit. Securing decisions and permits is not included in the price.

Even if the implementation project wasn’t prepared by us, we can still provide an author supervision if needed. For projects outside of the district of Bratislava travel costs (based on the current market price) are added to the cost of time spent at the construction site. When the implementation project is prepared by our team, author supervision is included in the price.
